• To send automated reports and summaries to you

• To analyze usage patterns to improve the product

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase servers. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. We are compliant with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023.

4. Data Sharing

ScaleAIQ does NOT sell your personal data or your customers' data to any third party. We may share anonymized, aggregated data for business analytics purposes only. We may share data with law enforcement if legally required.

5. Your Customers' Data

As a ScaleAIQ user, you are responsible for obtaining proper consent from your customers before adding them to the system and sending them marketing messages. You must provide an opt-out option to your customers. ScaleAIQ automatically handles opt-out requests.

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is locked but retained for 12 months. After 12 months of inactivity, data may be permanently deleted. You can request data deletion at any time by contacting us.

8. Cookies & Tracking

Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

ScaleAIQ offers a 1-month free trial. No payment is required during the trial period. If you are not satisfied during the trial, simply do not subscribe — no charges will apply.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following cases:

• Service was not delivered as promised due to technical issues on our end
• Double payment was charged accidentally
• Refund requested within 7 days of first payment (new subscribers only)

3. Non-Refundable Cases

• Refund requested after 7 days of payment
• Service was used and then refund requested
• Dissatisfaction due to WhatsApp platform issues (not our fault)
• Violation of Terms of Service
• Change of mind after using the service

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us via WhatsApp within the eligible period. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original UPI payment source.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused days in a billing period.
